Razer 2019 base model Swollen Battery

I recently noticed my laptop having a bulge at the front and not being able to sit stable on a flat surface. The bulge also resulted in my touch pad being cracked, which was very shocking and exhausting to me. I recently found out it’s because of a swollen battery. What step do I take to get this sorted out?

You can DIY replace the battery. But I highly recommend that you send it to us to get the trackpad and everything else repaired. Send me a message so I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
