Seiren Elite not working

i had pugged my seiren elite mic in the other day and it worked perfectly fine for the first two days. On the third while i was in a voice chat it just cut off, and my computer doesn't even see it anymore. I have changed cable and even tried plugging it into another computer and it still is not seen or even powered. I'm at a loss on what is going on with it.

    Same thing happened to me. Tried to play with my friend, noticed it wasnt working, and then it never turned on again. So far every forum I have seen has been ignored by all of the razer employees as they do not care in the slightest bit sadly.
