License code invalid for surrounding system 7.1

Hello, today I bought my new Razer Kraken headsets, when I came home, I made account with activation code, and install the app, now it asks me to enter activation code for surround system 7.1 and when I put that same code, its poping an error saying 'license code is invalid'. Can someone help me what to do?

    Common errors that some users have interchanged were the letter O with zero, the number 1 for the letter I, and the letter J for either the number 1 or the letter I.
