Trying to decide which Razer Blade 15 I should get?

I want to get a razer blade 15 as my first gaming laptop and have been trying to decide which model I should get. I know for sure I want an RTX graphics card, my main issue is trying to determine if there is a huge difference between the 9th gen i7-9750 and the 8th gen i7-8750. Can anyone let me know which model between the two would be better for work/gaming please?
