can some1 help me with my razer blackwidow chroma v2 it wont start up and played with it yesterday suddently it wont start up anymore

Hi there! I appreciate that you've posted this on our Support thread. Have you tested the Razer Blackwidow Chroma V2 to a different USB port on your computer? Are you connecting the keyboard directly to the USB port or it's connected through a USB hub? If it's feasible, please connect it to a different computer and see if it helps.
