Blackwidow Elite wrist-rest very flimsy connected

Hi there, I bought a new Blackwidow Elite with yellow switches a week ago and I have a question. I tried to 'attach' the wrist-rest and while the magnets appear to be working, they seem very weak and cannot really hold the wrist rest in place. I have made two short videos showing how when I move the keyboard the wrist rest stays almost in place and in general I find this a bit problematic. Can you confirm if this is by design, or if I have a defect one? Or maybe I am not doing it properly?
