Razer Kraken 7.1 Audio and Microphone issues
Greetings all. I've recently been having issues with my Razer Kraken 7.1 Headset making a crackling noise then the audio cuts out temporarily and microphone cutting out permanently. Only temporary fix is unplugging it and plugging it back in. This is no long term solution and I'm at a loss right now. I need help figuring out if it's either a software or hardware issue but have had no luck so far. Any help would be appreciated!

ronboeHey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Kraken 7.1's concern here. Just to confirm, is this the headset that uses USB connection? If it does, please connect the headset only to a different USB port or computer and see if the issue persists.

Yes it is the USB connection, and yes the issue does still persist using a different USB port.
