synapse wont start

after installing :smile_:, re-installing:frown_:, try open with admin.:eek_:., update windows.NET framework :confused_: it doesnt start. :mad_::mad_::mad_: dont know what to do.

Hi, i have windows 10 pro legit everything licensed. that cant be the problem. when i start synapse it opens the program window for maybe a second than it disapears and ... thats it

Even without Firewall no change its always the same

the window that opens says "setting cloud synchronisation" something like this

same. I just got this and synapse will not open. Initially it says syncing with cloud but then it does nothing it just sits minimised in my tray.

Sad to say :frown_::frown_::frown_: but it seems that nobody has a legit working solution or even cares about. So i was really :mad_::mad_::mad_: today and brought the controller back to the shop. I got my money back and maybe buyin a Nacon. I spend a lot of time to get it fixed but seriously thats not right. I mean imagine you buyin a car but you cant use the 2 gear because some software problem :eek_::mad_::frown_:. Thankx to everybody who was tryin to help, i really appreciate
