Razer Mamba Wireless not showing up on synapse 3

Hello there, Today my Razer Mamba Wireless mouse arrived and I was thrilled with it until I tried to change the lights on the mouse and mouse charging dock - both of them wouldn't show up (even though my keyboard shows up). I have tried reinstalling synapse and using the repair tool but nothing worked. Please let me know if you have a solution to this as I am desperate to change my DPI to something comfortable for me.

Hi there. Let me help you out with this. What version of Synapse are you trying to use? Are you using the Mamba 16000? If so, you will have to use Synapse 2. Please let me know if you have other questions.

Oh yes I am using 16000 dpi mouse, it says 3.0 supports mamba I switched to 2.0 also

Hi there! Thanks for the reply. Just to confirm, did Synapse 2 recognize your Mamba or not? Let me know.
