Razer Kraken TE Surround not working

Hello Guys! I recently bought the Razer Kraken TE. I installed the Synapse app and the 7.1 Surround App. When I was ingame I felt like there is no surround. So I am confused right now. Does I need to get the 7.1 Souround Sound App installed to get Surround or can I only use Synapse for it? Also the EQ on Synapse doesnt work all the time. Sometimes he works sometime he doesnt work. Btw I only got one profile but it still dont work. The 7.1 Surround Sound App also does not work. I got no "7.1 Souround Sound Audio" Output-Option on Audio Devices. Reinstalled it but there is still not output. Sorry for my bad english, I am from austria :D Every kind of help would be nice! Hope to hear from you soon guys!
