Can a Razer Huntsman V2 Analog be connected through powered USB hub

Hi guys, please forgive me if I am probably asking a question already answered many times (I am new to gaming keyboards) but I like this keyboard even though I probably will not use it for gaming. One of my laptops have single USB 3.0 port and I connect everything to that through powered USB hub. I am wondering if this setup will work with this keyboard. On Amazon review somebody mention that it does not work but I am not sure about its USB hub type.
