Razer Blade 15 Advanced chargin problem

Hello everybody! So I recently bought a Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2018 "with a i7-8750H and GTX1070" I bought it from a guy for a very low price. The guy told me there was a problem with the laptop and it doesn't charge at all and yes it doesn't he had changed the battery with a brand new one, but the problem still persist. The laptop works perfectly on a charger but while gaming temps go high to 95-97C friends tell me that it's normal for an I7 and a 1070 but I would like to hear more opinions from people that actually own a system like this. And do you have any other suggestions on the charging problem. I have tried uninstalling the battery driver and everything but it keeps saying No battery is detected, plugged in, fully charged 100% and when I remove the charger the laptop shuts down. I would appreciate any help and suggestions. Regards!

I’m still using this model, for battery issue I’d recommend to contact support and send it for repair, if it’s battery problem with diagnostic and battery fees it’ll be around €130, but it might be different depends the defect, it might also be the power supply system on motherboard for example. Sounds to me that battery isn’t properly installed. For thermal, I was also using it without the battery attached since I got the battery bloated and used it almost a year without the battery, I use gelid extreme to improve the temperature and I don’t see 90ish cpu temperature while gaming, but I also don’t push the system too hard using gaming mode (since it’s overclocking the gpu and use higher cpu tdp), always use balance mode and higher rpm fans manual setting. GPU on gaming is high 70ish and CPU idle temperature is 40ish which are great, the temperature stays same as well after sending it for battery replacement.

I've ended up getting a new charger from razer which didn't work. They wanted me to send it in for charging port inspection but I urgently had to get a new laptop so I've refunded through Amazon. As long as you still have warranty they will fix it for free!
