Razer Blade 15 Low FPS

I have the Razer Blade 15 the first gen of the new design 1070 Full HD model. I use it on and off and recently on BF4 (pretty damn old now) is having low fps compared to before. Is it throttling itself because of overheating? It used to stay around 95 Degrees when I Game. Can it be dusty inside?

are you experiencing this with other games? I suggest trying the following first: 1) reinstall the graphic drivers 2) optimize game using geforce experience. 3) use razer game booster. this usually solves most of my problems.

Yes try see inside if the Fans isn’t dusty, it may hold Fans to cool the parts properly if it’s dusty. Driver or windows version may also be culprit from lower FPS on a title, for old title maybe because developer isn’t fast enough to update the compatibility, so use driver that optimized for it.

Yes FPS dropped suddenly BF4 was Ok couple months ago. Now I see some stuttering on SC2. Damn do you think something got overheated and got damaged and its throttling itself?

try using DDU I do not think its a over heating issue, use DDU and install fresh GPU drivers

I just ran out of warranty last month. I’m thinking of sending it in. Is it worth it? FPS is still low for a game that was running around 120 FPS steady but not running 50-70

I'm not sure if this helps but my CPU was hitting around 90-100 Celcius and now its only hitting 80 celcius which led to me thinking that the machine is throttling it self some how.
