Recently, I've been facing some difficulties with the trackpad scrolling on my new Razer Blade 15 laptop. There are occasions when the trackpad scrolls at an excruciatingly slow speed and fails to maintain smooth scrolling after I stop moving my finger, which has become quite inconvenient. Interestingly, restarting the laptop consistently fixes the problem, but it resurfaces whenever the laptop goes into sleep mode or the lid is closed and then reopened. Strangely, this issue only occurs with the trackpad and not when I use a mouse. I don't suspect a defect in the trackpad since a reboot always provides a temporary solution. I'm curious if anyone else has encountered this problem and if there are any recommendations for a resolution. Thank you in advance for your help.
Same issue appears here. I still didn’t found a fix or found the problem. I tried to download newest driver, still the same problem. By the way, do you have a warm surface near the touchpad? I saw something on google that maybe the heat from the battery could be the problem.
