I had the same, bought a raiju TE 02.02.19, and since then, went to trade it two times for a new one. Now, I have returned it and ordered one from Razer directly, as the customer servant clearly said to me I would get the new model with some HW issues cleared and a new firmware 1.04. So, Im waiting for it. Should arrive by friday
