Razer electra V2 - Issues

Hi folks! Got the following issue, like 3 months ago i bought me a Razer Electra V2 and like a week ago the issue was there was no sound at all. The headset was detected but no sound at all. ...so i went i changed the headset for a new one and that was 2 days ago. ...and tonight again the headset stopped working, just problem now the laptop wont detect the headset , just gives me some weird error 43 and thats it .. Somebody had maybe same issues or knows any solutions to this? Thanks in advance.

    Hi there! Just to make sure we're on the same page, what specific model of the headset do you have? Is it the USB or the Analog one?

    Hi. Its the USB one. Its kinda weird since like a week ago one stopped working and this one lasted 1-2 days. Tried on other laptops, same result. I saw there is a Firmware for this headset but i cant install it since the laptop doesnt recognize the device. :/
