Hi there. I have a problem with my razer nari ultimate. It won't turn on, even i plug the charger cable the light still won't turn on. Please help me to fix it, Thanks

    Were you able to try using a different charging cable to isolate the issue? But if even with a working charging cable, and the problem remains apparent. There's a good chance that your headset may no longer be capable of holding charge. Please PM me a copy of your proof of purchase so I can check its warranty status. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
