Razer Nari microphone not working

Hi, how is it going? It's been a while since a don't have any problem with my Razer Nari but yesterday something happened and it's driving me crazy, the mic doesn't work doesn't matter what I do or try nothing works. Yesterday I was playing on my PS4 I connected my headset with the auxiliary cable to the controller and everything was working fine. Later on I unplugged the cable and waited till my PC detected the headset but when I tried to talk I realized the mic stopped working. The audio works perfectly, but doesn't matter what I try the mic is not responding. I tried what you suggested me to do the last time THX spatial audio wasn't working, I uninstalled absolutely everything, every driver from the control panel and using the comand regedit, synapse 3, restarted my computer, updated the headset's firmware but still not working. I checked if the mic was set as default on my PC just as the manual shows, I also even configured it from scratch in other computer but the problem is still there! I thought maybe the mic is broken but when I used Discord on my phone and also voice notes with the headset's mic it works perfectly, this issue is just happening on PC for some reason, I tried to use it with the auxiliary cable but apparently it's not working either. I have tried everything I know to fix this and I'm starting to feel frustrated to be honest. Please I hope you can help me with this issue I have no idea of what else to try.
