Blackwidow Chroma Stealth sticky keys

Hello, I am having some issues with my Blackwidow Chroma that sometimes when i press the WASD buttons (character movement buttons) when i release the button, the character still moves in that direction. And when i click the button that are "sticky", it stops moving in that direction and it fixes. I did some research in web and found out that this is a firmware issue, and that i should contact razer support before installing any firmware. Anyone can help ?
