razer synapse keeps freezing

Whenever I start my computer, my profiles and settings are all there and I can open synapse with no problem. When waking from sleep mode my macros stop working. My lighting profile resets to the default breathing effect and when trying to open the app it just keeps loading, iv tries reinstalling it if I close the program in task manager and open it again it will work till sleep mode again, any idea??
