hey, the bad charging port on razer phone 2 is razer problem, why have customer bear with it, I have no longer rma, but this god damn charging port freaking me out everyday, can't even charge it, I use a new anker usb a to type C cable, a complete new cable, and I test it does work with other electronic with type c port, but plug in razer phone 2 not work, only sometime work, but it fuc killing me, like when I needed it, the phone just die, and can't even charge it with the cable, everything delayed because of that, one day I drive I have to deliver food for a restaurant, and I use gps to navigate, then the phone dies, I have the type c charging cable in front off me, and I can't do anything about it, the phone is not fuc charging, I hate it so much, I have to like park my car somewhere and wait like 10 min to just charge the phone, and I can't go anywhere, Im lost with gps navigation, the customer blame me like they waited 20min longer for the food, the food got all cooled, they give me bad rating, I have to suck with this, it is the phone's charging port's fault, other than that, I like the phone have good speaker, good specs like 845 with 8ram, and the led on the back, but that charging port make me hate this phone, can you create a ticket to replace or repair a razer phone 2 that actually works for me? or if not are you telling me that even razer phone 2 suck at charging port, but let customer deal with it?

@SamC8 I'm not saying you have to deal with it at all. OP clearly stated that he is capable of soldering a replacement USB-C port. I can submit a repair ticket for you so our Repair Team can fix your phone's faulty port.

Hey man, So I also need my charge port repaired. What's the cost and time frame for repair? I'm based in Cardiff, Wales.

@ChickenFish4Me @inkedevil I have limited visibility over repair fees. We'll have to submit a repair ticket so our Mobile Team can send you a rough estimate. Repairs can take up to three weeks, return shipping included, depending on parts availability. *Thread locked.
