Cortex Not Letting Me Customize Game Artwork

So I just got a new PC yesterday and when I went to download Cortex, it all of a sudden wouldn't let me add custom artwork for the game booster on Cortex. There would normally be a "Browse" button for a custom image from file option, but for some reason, it's just not here anymore. I think that's really weird cause on my other PC, it worked just fine for eight months until I had to return it. Now my first day on my new PC it just won't give me the option, as shown in the attached screenshot for when I tried to change the artwork for Jump Force. I tried both repairing and a fresh uninstall of the software, and neither option worked. I'm at my wit's end and I do not want to stare at pixelated icons whenever I fire up this app. I seriously need help from the forums, as the Discord server and the official support couldn't get me anywhere closer to an answer.
