Razer Nommo Pro bad audio quality on THX / Dolby Digital

So after buying these and setting them up I immediately noticed that when using THX everything switches to being muffled and with Mids and highs completely gone. When switching to Dolby Digital a metallic high pitch sound is added to the high notes which ruins the entire thing. So I'm forced to use the default equaliser options instead as Dolby Digital and THX are both extremely poor sound quality.. This makes no sense to me seems as Razer pride and market these speakers for those two modes. And this has been a problem for years with people on the forums mentioning it only to have razer whisk them off to the PM's rather than giving solutions. My speakers were already shipped with the latest firmware. Any else got any ideas or experience with these?. As getting replacements have also not worked for others.

Have you tried connecting the speaker to a different USB port or computer? Also, have you contacted our Support Team? If you haven't, please send me a PM. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
