random key spamming
this is my keyboard information:
blackwidow chroma v2
model number: RZ03-0203
product number: RZ03-02030200-R3U1
i am experiencing random key spamming. i am installed, uninstalled, re-installed synapse v2 three times and the problem is still occurring. any suggestions on a fix?

Hello there! Can you share a video of the issue? Also, have you tried plugging it into another PC to see if the same issue persists? Let me know.
the problem is random. a video is hard to get. if i am gaming for hours, randomly or any time, it happens at least once. however, it is persistent on other pcs. there are variant parts of the spamming problem. when recording a macro and the spam occurs, it is never stops until i shut down synapse. when play any game, the w and/or arrow up buttons spam but stop after i press them a few times.

Razer.RedPandano. when i exited it to shut it down, the spamming stopped and all is well. yes. it have sent the serial number to you in a pm.
