Razer Phone 2 not recognized over USB since March update

Has anyone run into this? I know I'm archaic for connecting my phone to a computer, but it's doesn't work for Android Auto as well. It did work in early March as Android Auto worked well on my road trip. Then came the March update, phone charges mind, but nothing else seems to know what the device is over USB. Yes, did a factory reset, tried other computers too, even contacted support. Just curious about those that have got the March Security update, does your computer recognize your phone 2? Quite a shame, nice screen and great audio. Already went back to my previous phone (which connects to the computer and car just fine) as I worried that it's trying to die on me.

    It's not an issue with the update.its a bad charging port , trust me I've had 3 Razer phone2 I ended up with charging port issue with all of them
