Razer Electra V2 USB no detected

Hello everyone So, as said in the title, I've got a problem with my razer headset. It already had problem, like disconnecting for no reason, but I just had to unplug/plug it and it worked again. However, this time, it didn't work, and it hasn't worked since. The system just does not detect the headset anymore. It isn't listed in my drivers even as it is plugged, and as the system did detect a USB port has been plugged. The lights of the headset doesn't light up anymore, despite it beeing plugged. I tried to detect new drivers, to lauch a razer update, and to run the razer softwares, which doesn't detect the headphone neither. I changed the port, and it still doesn't work, and the set is barely 4 month old! I don't have any more ideas of where the problem comes from, and found nothing helpful on the internet. Help!
