Ripsaw doesn't capture audio from Nintendo switch

I got a ripsaw capture card for Christmas, and I can't figure out how to set the audio up, I got the screen to be captured on SLOBS, but I can't figure out the audio, I've tried like 10 different tutorials, but I got nothing. I was able to capture an Ipad's screen and audio, but that is all. I'm using the exact same set up on the Ipad as the switch, so I'm thinking it is a software problem. I already tried reinstalling the drivers (Synapse) If anyone is familiar with this problem let me know.
