Razer Blade 13 GTX External Monitor Issiue

when my Razer Blade 13 GTX connects to an external display and goes to sleep mode, every time I wake it up the external display flickers. but the mouse cursor is fine. other times the monitor works fine. I believe the monitor doesn't have any problem, I tested it with another laptop. and also have updated the driver. attached is the video of this issue.
