Razer Kraken USB Problem

I have Razer Kraken USB, while im in voice chat on Discord, sometimes sound exploding. I removed Synapse 2.0 but now sounds aren't good. Microphone and headset not working good. I tried to install 7.1 Surround Sound but program want license key now and i haven't any license key for it. I registered my products and system didn't send a message for license key.
