Razer Basilisk not being detected by Razer Synapse 3.0

My Razer Basilisk is not being detected by Razer Synapse 3.0. When I go to device manager it just shows up as HID Compliant Mouse. I have tried almost everything I could find on the internet to try to fix the issue. If anyone knows how to fix this or has any ideas please let me know. I also have a Razer Cynosa Chroma Keyboard and it is being detected just fine and shows up as that in device manager.
