Synapse 3 doesnt recognize my razer kraken ultimate headset

I have gone through every troubleshooting tip on the razer website and still cannot get synapse 3 to recognize my headphones. The headphones have worked just fine and still do. I just cant connect to them in synapse 3. the other 3 razer devices I have all connect just fine too. I have deleted all drivers multiple times I have tried to repair synapse app Synapse is completely up to date I have uninstalled and reinstalled synapse multiple times
