Lancehead won’t cut and paste

I use the Lancehead wired for some work tasks involving Excel spreadsheets. My Lancehead is about a year old, suddenly when I attempt to select a column of cells to copy and paste, the Lancehead loses the top of the column of cells and only selects a few cells at the bottom. Please help, I need to use the same computer for gaming and work.
