MY Razer Naga Pro Wireless is OFF

I have this mouse since a month a was working perfectly in BT. Suddenly however it switched off. I thought it was a battery down but despite it is connected for more than 1 hour to the USB is not waking up. What can I do ?

    Double-check that the USB port is a powered USB port. Not all of them are. I had this issue when I got mine. I plugged it into a USB port and thought it was fine, but the port was data only.. no power. Worst case is to use a charge block for your phone and plug the USB into that for a little bit.

    tried but did not work. I sent back to amazon and got money back. Now I just bought Naga Trinity (wired)
