Razer Ornata V2 - Mac Big Sur isn't detected

Just bought the Ornata V2 from Amazon, connected it to my mac, and the Synapse (V2) won't detect it, the keyboard work fine, but I can't seem the make the Synapse detect it. how can it be fixed? do I need to do something to make it detectable?

The Razer Ornata V2 is compatible with Razer Synapse 3.0 with a system requirement of Window 7 64-bit or higher only. Also, the Razer Synapse 2.0 is compatible with Mac OS version 10.14. As of now, Synapse 3.0 will work on Windows operating systems. We don't have an official word when will the newer version of Mac OS be supported. I suggest sending feedback to our devs via the Razer Synapse option under the settings or by clicking the link. Hey everyone!
