razer seiren mini light not lighting up

i purchased this new mic and connected it to my laptop yet the light hasn't lit up yet. any info/help appreciated.

    I am experiencing the same problem. It worked for one day but after that, it couldn't connect anymore

    Hello guys! When you try to use the device, is it working fine? Is it detected properly, but the LEDs won't light up? Please send me a short clip detailing the issue and how the mic is connected to the computer. I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial number as well, so I can look into model-specific solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
