I recently purchased the Razer Nari Ultimate for PC and the audio works fine, but my friends keep complaining that my mic sounds too low. I've tried many things but they don't seem to work. Any help would be very appreciated.

I was communicating with friends in-game. I thought maybe it was low on battery since it was just out of the box, so I tried using it with the USB cable plugged in but it didn't work. I'm not sure what I did later, but it ended up working fine last night until today again when I ran into even more trouble. I can't seem to turn them on now, the indicator light doesn't turn on regardless of how long I hold the power button, and it also doesn't turn on when I plug it in via USB.
