Help, wireless headphones turning off
Don't know if this is the right place to post, but I need help. I got the wireless kitty headphones and I can use them for hours no problem, but as soon as I use discord, steam chat, any type of voice call ny headphones continuously power off and I'm clueless...

Without Synapse in the background, does it behaves the same on Discord or other communication platforms? If you can, please send me a short clip of this happening. For now, clean reinstall your Synapse by following this guide and send me the serial number of your headset if the problem persists so I can look for other possible solutions.
