Blackshark v2 Audio and conectivity problems

So I bought the blackshark v2 pro a few days ago but came across some problems: I can connect it to synapse but only in wireless mode, is it normal the sound sounds a lot better in wireless mode then the wired mode? Can i make them sound as good? And other problem i found is when i usually switch modes the audio in both gets very bad like it was distant or under water, and i have to go all times to control panel to fix it, and sometimes even have to restar the laptop
