Grave mark (`) - Oranta Chroma

I am asking for help with the Oranta Chroma keyboard (1st version). After pressing the ESC key, a grave mark (`) appears. I connected the keyboard to different computers - the same thing everywhere. I do not have a redefined key (I also do not have a macro attached). I work with windows 10 / 11. How do I restore the original operation of the Esc key. Please help! Best Regards, Andrzej

    We can try to hard reset your keyboard by following the steps below:
    • Unplug the keyboard.
    • Press and hold "Escape" and "Caps Lock" keys.
    • Plug the keyboard into a USB port.
    • Release all keys.
