BW Pro v3 Hypershift Keybinds Not Working

Maybe about a month ago now, I noticed that any hypershift keybinds that I had set on my keyboard no longer worked when I have the keyboard plugged in via the USB cable, and will just input the key as typed (for instance, fn + A should open the snipping tool, instead it just types the letter 'A'). When it's in wireless mode, everything works fine though. Additionally, pressing the hypershift key on the keyboard, then one of my binds on the mouse works perfectly fine as well. It's only the keyboard bindings that don't work. Any tips on how to fix this? I've kept up on Synapse updates as well as updated firmware for the keyboard, and still nothing seems to fix it.
