[help] nari ultimate wireless headphones disconnect and connect

I have nari ultimate wireless headphones, and a while ago it happened to me that it kind of disconnected and connected to bluetooth as if I was moving away from the antenna, but I'm next to it, also this is becoming more frequent, now this usually happens to me several times per day, the battery tells me that it has a charge according to synapse, also this happens to me until minutes after it is fully charged, any solution?

Hi there, when did this issue start occurring? For now, follow the Razer Nari Pairing Utility in this guide to fix this. Should the problem persists, please PM me your headset's serial number to look for other possible fixes. Let's pick up from there. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
