Nari Ultimate Spatial THX no sound

Hi All, I'm no longer getting any sound from my pc while using THX Spatial under system settings. Although I get sound output with Nari Ultimate - Game. As anyone seen this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    As far as I know, that feature now auto-toggles when it's enabled so there shouldn't be a need to switch audio devices. Do you notice any sort of change when you enable THX Spatial audio in Synapse?
