Razer Phone 2 - Problem with installing OTA update

Hey Insider! I'm so excited that Razer phone 2 've just launched MR2 Pie update but sadly I try to update my phone to the newest version via OTA but it cannot, system keep showing installation problem. Then, I try to contact @Rox598 on Reddit but we still cannot find the solution right now. Anyone faced the same problem? any idea to make OTA work again?

    This can be a bit tricky. Please PM me the phone's serial number, IMEI, carrier, and the bug report so we can check what's preventing the phone from installing the update.
