Giveaway tickets GONE?


When I logged-in this morning all of my razer giveaway tickets were gone. Is anyone experiencing this kind of issue? I already tried to report the issue on feedback and contact support page but that doesn't seem to work right now neither.

Has happened to me many times, have lost countless tickets.

Tickets expire at the end of the month. So you can't transfer them from one month to the next. It's written somewhere in rules.

You can enter to win games, some are free entry's, some cost tickets, you get a ticket daily from Cortex.:smile_:

I had the same issue and posted before on it...they say the tickets are good for 30 days in the rules. But yet they reset them on the 1st of every month...which means the tickets are actually good for less than 30 days. At least every ticket you earned after the first is always worth one less day. The ticket on the last day of the month is only good for one day before it is deleted. They need to update their rules...but when i asked about it they dont care and refuse to either fix the acrual and deletion timing and/or fix the damn rules to suggest the tickets are not really good for 30 days but are ALL deleted on the 1st.
