I can't buy Razer Gold pin and How do you know my account type

I can't either and that's all I used to buy Razer Gold Balance with.

Mine always "purchase failed"

Submit a ticket and they only replied that the Razer Gold wallet is temporary not available for buying pin but not willing to tell whether will they put back the option again. No idea how could they suddenly do this...i unable to get a paysafecard and all the while i only use Razer Gold wallet to buy pin. I bought $300 razer gold pin and reloaded to wallet not long ago thought to create pin whenever i need. Now the option is not available?! What to do with the balance? They are completely irresponsible!!

Please razer we need an answer!!
