My pc keeps crashing when using the Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 in Hell Let Loose with this error:
  • CRITICAL
  • The device HID-compliant headset (location (unknown)) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times.
I've uninstalled Synapse 2 and Synapse 3 (as I also have the Basilisk v2 mouse). Doesn't make any difference. I reinstalled Windows 10 with all the updates and get the same HID error. Again even after installing/re-installing Synapse. Specs CPU: i7-8086k Ram: 32GB GSkill MOBO: ASRock Z390 Tachi Ultimate GPU: GALAX 2080 Ti SG POSU: Corsair 850W A previous post commented: turns out it was a corrupted hid file, thanks How and where did that dude find this HID file and how did he know it was that that was corrupt?

Good morning, sir, I have exactly the same problem. It seems to be a problem related to the Kraken headset (I have the Ultimate version). I have to use a headset with a jack plug to avoid the computer to reboot by itself... If a solution can be found, thanks in advance :)
