Thinkpad Universal Thunderbolt 4 + Razer Blade Stealth 2020 RZ09-03102

Hello, My first post, so bear with me if I am doing something wrong. Basically, whenever I connect the Thinkpad Dock to the RBS it will just refuse to work unless I also connect the Razer power adapter on the other USB-C, non-thunderbolt side. I tried to update both the Lenovo firmware and make sure everything is up to date on my razer as well (Firmware for BIOS and Intel) I know that this RBS only has Thunderbolt 3 Support on the right side so that's where I am trying to connect it. Unless this is a compatibility issue but I would think it's backward compatible with any TS3 as it's one gen ahead. I guess it's fine if it's a limitation of this combo but the dock has a 135W power brick so I don't understand why it can't supply at least 100W through the cable as PD. As a note, I also have an MBP Intel Base and it works perfectly fine with my Mac. (The Dock that is) Any help or insight would help tremendously.
