Blackwidow Elite Volume knob doesn't work when Synapse is running

Suddenly, the volume knob stopped working when Synapse is running. It works perfectly when the software is terminated. I have tried reinstalling the software and even removed the keyboard drivers and installed them again. I have also tried to re-bind the volume settings to the knob but to no avail. I don't understand what else I can do.

Same happens for me with Razer Deathstalker v2 Pro but only if connected via Bluetooth (Windows 10 23H2) and Synapse running. If Synapse is closed, volumewheel works fine and as exprected
