Issues with Razer Kiyo

Hey guys, thought I’d post here before pulling my hair out! I recently bought a Razer Kiyo, possibly for streaming down the line but currently just for video chat with my DnD players while we’re in lockdown. It’s a great cam and I’m really enjoying it, but every time so want to use it I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get Discord or any other program (streamlabs) to register its there. I have Synapse 3.0 and all my drivers are up to date as far as I’m aware, can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong? Discord will register its there, telling me USB camera is plugged in, it just won’t use it until I unplug and replug. Thanks for any insight!!
