i need help tldr my key sometimes registers and sometimes doesn't

so tldr when i press the key B it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't i own a razer huntsman elite from march 2019 so warranty is out of question for me is it a common issue that can be easily fixed or do i have to dig deeper and maybe send it off to repairs

Try to clean the affected key using a can of compressed air to remove dust and debris. You can also give these steps a go for further isolation. If the same problem persists even if you disabled Synapse and test the keyboard on a different PC, it's highly likely a hardware problem.
